As a law firm, we are subject to a wide range of rules and obligations that other service providers like ours are not. For example, we are required by law to have liability insurance and there are strict rules for our handling of entrusted funds, storage of personal data, prevention of conflicts of interest, etc. This is your guarantee for a safe, secure and professional handling of your case.

When you entrust your case to us, there is no financial risk for you. We only need to be paid for our work if you receive money. This is called “NO CURE, NO PAY”. We also pay the court fee of DKK 750 if the case is transferred to the court. And if – contrary to expectations – we lose your case in court, we will pay the other party’s awarded legal costs. Conversely, any awarded legal costs, interest and fees will accrue to us in addition to what is stated in the price list when we win the case.

Our fee – which we only receive if you receive payment – depends on the value of the case, i.e. the size of your claim (see more details here).
